Ordered a customized robe from this site. Robe was delivered without customization. When I inquired with the company they told me to pay for shipping the wrong order, which I already paid for it to be shipped to me, and pay for a new robe with shipping on that as well. Now I have a gift for a bride that I cannot give to her because it is blank.
